Q1. Are Phonecards the cheapest way to make international calls ?	Yes.  With rates as low as 2.5c/min including VAT, you simply cant get a better deal.
Q. How do they work ?	It’s simple you prepay for a Phonecard. We give you an access number to dial from your landline or mobile – you enter a PIN we give you and then dial your international phone number.
Q. What do I get ? Do I get a physical card in the post ?	You will be sent a PIN by e-mail or over the phone, you will not receive anything in the post.
Q. If I buy in bulk can I save more ?	Yes. If you order €100, you get €10 Free.
Q. Can I use from a mobile ?	Yes- you can use our phonecards with a 1850 number. There are surcharges when calling from a mobile or payphone. Mobile phone operators may charge roaming fees when using your phone abroad.
Q. How long do I have to use up credit ? What is billing increment?	All orders are sent in €20 or €30 increments. Each PIN lasts 90 days from first use. Increment is 2 mins.
Q. Can I use my Phonecard to call from other countries ?	Only the Travel card can be used to call from 30 countries outside Ireland.
Q. How many countries can I call with each phone card ?	You can call about 150 counties with every phone card.
Q. What happens when I run out of credit ? Will you charge my credit card automatically ?	We will not automatically charge you - it's up to you to re-order when you are ready. If you want to keep the same PIN - please call us at 1 890 886 005 to top up your PIN.
Q. Are there any oher charges that apply ?	As with most phone cards maintenance charges may apply.

Q. Do I pay more from payphone or mobile?	Yes- there is a regulated payphone access levey from payphone and mobile access levy from mobile when using a 1800 number from them. Always use a 1850 number from a mobile or payphone.
